📌 مطلوب موظف خدمة عملاء | Customer Service Representative Needed
📢 تعلن مجموعة مراكز تسهيل EQC عن فتح باب التوظيف للذكور والإناث في وظيفة استشاري سعادة المتعاملين، ضمن فرعها الكائن في رأس الخور الصناعية – دبي.
🎯 تبحث المجموعة عن كفاءات في مجال خدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى بيئة احترافية تهدف لتحسين تجربة المتعاملين.
🛠️ المهام الوظيفية:
استقبال المتعاملين والترحيب بهم بطريقة مهنية.
تقديم الدعم والإجابة على الاستفسارات بدقة ولباقة.
إتمام المعاملات الحكومية عبر الأنظمة الإلكترونية المعتمدة.
متابعة رضا المتعاملين وحل أي مشكلات فورًا.
المساهمة في تحسين جودة تجربة المتعامل بشكل مستمر.
🎓 المتطلبات:
شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى (ويُفضل الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس).
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
مهارات تواصل عالية وتنظيم ممتاز.
الالتزام بساعات العمل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الخدمة.

الراتب: 8,000 درهم إماراتي
ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يوميًا
الجنس: ذكور / إناث

🎯 The center is looking for experienced customer service professionals to join a high-performing environment focused on enhancing service quality.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and support to client inquiries.
Process government transactions through approved systems.
Follow up on client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Actively contribute to improving customer experience.
🎓 Requirements:
High school diploma minimum; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
